Emergency Vehicle Exchange™, LLC ("EVXEMS") wants this website to work well for everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of doing business well, not an afterthought.

Our commitment

We are committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the tools they use to browse. If any part of the site is difficult to use, we want to hear about it and make it right.

Our goal: WCAG 2.1 AA

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice, that means we work toward clear page structure, readable text and sufficient color contrast, descriptive labels and alternative text, keyboard operability, and content that works with screen readers.

Continuous improvement

Accessibility is ongoing work. As we add vehicles, pages, and features, we review them with these standards in mind and fix issues as we find them. We may not be perfect at every moment, but we treat accessibility as a standing priority.

Ongoing testing

We test the site using a combination of automated tools, keyboard-only navigation, and manual review. When we find a barrier, we prioritize it and work to resolve it.

If the website ever gets in your way, you don't have to use it to do business with us. You can call or email, and a real person will help you find a vehicle, answer questions, request information, or complete an inquiry.
